Amanda Salas
As the co-founder and driving force behind Compound Fitness, Amanda is the heart of our vision. Her passion for advocating for the community and developing our talented team has been key in shaping an extraordinary fitness experience year after year. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Amanda's leadership is a constant source of inspiration. A fun fact about Amanda: she was the first athlete to qualify for Deka Worlds! Her dedication to both fitness and fostering growth within the community makes her a true standout.

His high-energy, wisdom-filled classes are a staple, and his craftsmanship and warm spirit have shaped the gym into a welcoming space that feels like home. Whether it’s building the physical features of the gym or creating an atmosphere of connection, Paul’s influence is felt every day. A fun fact about Paul: he’s an avid trail runner and adventure racer—and if you ask him, he’ll probably join you for your next race!

As one of our main group class and athlete development coaches, Rhys brings unmatched enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence that elevates every training session. His energy is infectious, keeping the fire burning brightly for everyone in the room. Rhys practices what he preaches, always leading by example and inspiring others to push beyond their limits. A fun fact about Rhys: he’s fluent in Spanish, Next time your in greet him with a "Hola"!

Bridgette Heran
​As our newest full-time teammate, Bridget is a true do-it-all powerhouse with a passion for fitness! She leads the project management and development of Compound Fitness’s vision, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. With a CrossFit certification and soon-to-be Personal Training certification, Bridget is well-equipped to bring fresh ideas to the table. A health and wellness geek at heart, she’s already infused our gym with new energy, dedication, and innovative strategies that elevate the experiences and achievements of our members.

Personal Trainer
Christian Eyman
Christian is an amazing part-time Personal Trainer and full-time firefighter at Compound Fitness. With a keen eye for precision and a deep attention to detail, he ensures that every movement is executed with care, helping our members unlock their potential safely and effectively. Christian’s expertise comes from his master's in exercise science, adding a wealth of knowledge to his training sessions. Fun fact this is not a Picture of Christian haha.

Events and Recreation
Alana Morabith
At Compound Fitness, Alana is the heart and soul of our community activities! She brings her energetic and goofy spirit to everything she does, from leading weekly challenges to organizing recreational sports that unite our members. A fantastic listener, Alana thrives on celebrating every win, big or small, alongside our gym family. Outside of the gym, she’s all about pushing her limits—she once ran 24 miles in 24 hours! Whether it’s a crazy fitness event or cheering on a fellow member, Alana’s enthusiasm is contagious.

Exercise Specialist
David Choma
David is a fantastic addition to the trainer team at Compound Fitness. With years of experience in the fitness and wellness space, he brings fresh insights to every class and session he leads. His kindness and genuine curiosity to grow set him apart, making him one of a kind in the fitness industry. A fun fact about David: he loves to work out outdoors more than indoors, embracing the freedom and challenge nature offers!
